RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING POLICIES

RETURNS POLICY:

At Kuda Leather Inc, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our cowhide products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 10-day return policy.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to notify us of your intent to return the item and receive further instructions.

  2. Ensure Eligibility: Please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:

    • The cowhide must be returned in new and unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
    • Any cowhide returned with scuffs, scratches, dirt, or other signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  3. Responsibility for Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or due to workmanship issues. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  4. Timely Return: To be eligible for a full refund, please notify us of your intent to return the item within five (5) days of receipt. The item must be returned to our store within 10 days of receipt.

  5. Inspection and Replacements: Replacements will be processed only after the returned products have been inspected by our team.

  6. Exclusions: Please note that special orders and customized cowhide products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customized items are crafted exclusively according to your specifications and are therefore non-returnable.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued within 20 to 30 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Please be aware that we cannot issue refunds for items that have been damaged or altered.

EXCHANGES:

  • Exchanges will incur an additional shipping fee.
  • Returned items must still have the appropriate tags and be in new and unused condition to be eligible for exchange.

SHIPPING:

  • Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Please inspect your products upon arrival and report any shipping damage immediately.
